A more vibrant Self is already within you

You just need to know how to find her.

Healing that’s finally for you

I see you — forced to choose between goals and family, torn between making time for everyone and everything but yourself. You’re completely paralyzed by uncertainty, and endlessly exhausted by self-criticism. Yet, what you “should be” doing to deal with these feelings ends up being more of a distraction than a path to truly heal.

Mujer, it doesn’t have to be this way.

You can grow past every obstacle you’re facing with grace — like a flowering ivy through a brick wall. You can find your Fuerza and learn to live vibrantly. And it all starts right here.

With my guidance, you can discover what it means to take a truly decolonized approach to your healing and wellness. Lose the societal constructs that are meant to dim your light and see how much brighter you become.

A truly Latina-approach to therapy

The intention and experience of every session changes depending on your needs and situation, but the approach is always gentle and collaborative. Within that, you’ll also get a range of expertise, insights, and strategies that will help you:

Embrace your Latina identity and identify constructs that take away your Fuerza

As a first-generation Latina, I bring a deep understanding of our shared cultural experience, but also academic background in Latino studies that helps me provide you with a wider perspective of the Latino experience in the United States.

Learn to reframe and process difficult emotions in more productive ways

As a psychotherapist, I bring a foundation of Counseling Psychology with a Masters from California Institute of Integral Counseling, and a license as a family and Marriage Therapist.

Reclaim your energy, and heal from trauma

As a healer, I bring years of training in ancestral healing through apprenticeships in Traditional Mesoamerican Medicina, and experience in Somatic Experiencing techniques that address the body’s response to trauma. This helps me bring a wider perspective to the issues you may be facing, and more holistic approaches on how to address them.

Unapologetically Latina-First

I reserve my sessions exclusively for young, first-generation Latinas because my experience — both personal and professional — allows me to have the biggest impact in this space.
